I know that I have posted this before, but since we have so many new users I wanted to pose the question again, so here it is:

Why is it that a woman can walk into a mans closet put on a pair of his boxer shorts, a dress shirt and a loose fitting tie and everyone goes GAGA crazy saying that is SOOOO sexy, but a man walks into a woman's Closet and puts on a pair of her panties and one her oversized shirts and he is labeled as Queer, Gay, Crazy or any other number of things, and yet some styles of women's panties are called "boy shorts" but its still not ok for a boy to wear them. Please help me out with this.......

That question is what opened the door to me disclosing my secret to my wife. We saw a neighbor out in her garden wearing a pair of men's style boxer shorts. I asked that question then to my wife. Why can she wear them but it'd be wrong if a man wore ladies panties. Her response was.... Who says? So I thought the next time she did the wash I'd be a nice guy and fold the clothes in the dryer. Upon doing it I slipped on a pair of her silky skimpy panties. (which I've worn in secret before). I'm usually always nude at home so when I walked into the living room she immediately noticed. Her response? "Hey! Those are mine!" (brief silence). " But I think you look good in them". This was just over a week ago. I have been in panties almost everyday. Some she has picked out for me. Today she asked if I had all my panties in the clothes room for washing.

Fun! I had a groin iritation that nylon or silk was much better for. My wife already sometimes wore boxers, so it soon became fine for me to wear what I want.

I want to talk here about a couple of double standards in our society.  One standard works against women, whereas the other works against men.  Both standards are driven by the same prejudice which in turn is driven by the same big lie.  Prejudice has a way of turning otherwise rational people into extremely irrational people.  Remember that.  The big lie that I’m talking about here states that men are superior to women, thereby enabling the root prejudice that manhood is a higher form of life than womanhood.   Of course we all know that’s wrong, but sadly it still exists, even in so-called ‘mainstream’ society.

Let’s look at this first situation in light of the big lie, keeping in mind that the lie drives the prejudice which in turn drives the double standard that works against women.  I can see where certain social dictums (standards) are critical of women but not of men, in one area of life.  Think about the double standards that are applied to men and women when they are preoccupied with sex, or are flirting with or trying to start sexual activity with members of the opposite sex.  When a man seeks sexual activity, he is labeled as ‘red blooded’ or “boys will be boys, after all that’s what they do”.  When a woman however wants or does the same, she is labeled by society as being ‘slutty’, ‘trashy’ or ‘cheap’ or worse labels that I wouldn’t even want to mention.  Double standards anyone?    Looking at this first set of double standards in the light of that false belief, one can easily see that women are being put in the gutter because of a misguided popular belief (prejudice) that they are a lower form of human life than men and as such they have no right to mimic the higher form of life, namely men.

I’m seeing where this same lie and root prejudice is driving a totally different set of double standards which work against men.  Those double standards can cause people of either gender to be critical or judgmental of men wearing lingerie or any other so-called ‘female’ clothing.  They may say things like:  "That's disgusting, take it off, it makes you look like a woman!  Are you a pervert or something?"  While at the same time, people are not critical or judgmental of women wearing so-called ‘male’ clothing.  Double standards anyone?  The fact is, a certain percentage of men will wear so-called ‘female’ clothing, regardless of what social dictums say to the contrary.  After all, we’re living in the United States here, not somewhere in Iran or North Korea.  Looking at this second situation in the light of that same false belief or prejudice, one can readily see that a man wearing any so called ‘female’ clothing is mimicking a lower form of life, whereas a woman wearing  what society has labeled as ‘male’ clothing, is mimicking a higher form of life.

You may be tempted to think:  So what’s the problem?  Nobody’s playing favorites here.  These last two scenarios, when taken together, show that society is not playing favorites, simply because men and women are both being picked on.  After all, it all balances out, doesn’t it?  I have a polite expression for that line of defective reasoning. It’s called nonsense!  Like Mom used to say when we were kids:  “Two wrongs don’t make a right”.

I’m not saying that the criticizers themselves are the culprits in these scenarios, far from it.  The real culprit is a society which has brain-washed the criticizers by using the big lie which has then morphed into the root prejudice, and that prejudice in turn drives the double standards. These double standards as well as the prejudice which drives them cannot be eliminated until the big lie which drives the whole thing is destroyed.

See I have a different version of my wife wearing my things. See we are pretty close in size and she is always helpping herself to panties, legging and my other ladies clothing.

Just think some think I'm lucky

I read your post, and you are right, in many cases.  I have been lucky, I guess, being with really wonderful, open-minded women!  I would never have had the courage, alone, to even consider trying on panties, let alone, wear them, every day, if it wasn't for a few wonderful women that showed me that joy!  Yeah, one did it to control, and emasculate me, but I didn't let her!  You can Choose that!

The other two were just wanting to have a lot of soft, sensual play, cuddling and snuggling, showing me that I really do have a 'feminine' side! Who knew?  Women!!

Nothing wrong with being with a woman you trust, and playing, dressing up, and just being together!!  Some boundaries, for many guy's sexuality, might be challenged, but it's just cloth, and so what if it is pink, and she calls them panties, and it excites her to see your dick in pink panties!

Seems that so many guys are 'afraid' to do anything that might seem 'girlie' because, they might be judged??  The younger generations don't seem to care as much as X and Boomers! Maybe we are the 'dinosaurs,' and need to adapt and evolve?

There are so many double standards, in Western Society, but Millennials, and the next, might be trying to show some of us to just relax, and not need to hold to those 'Old Norms' that don't work so well, anymore!
