"Determined", I just want to thank you so much, for amplifying one of my pet points on this forum, that it is not always a pleasant and fun thing, to be revealed, discovered as being a pantiephreak. Indeed, there are probably guys out there, who have been excommunicated from their churches; outcasted from their families; fired from their careers; been committed to insane asylums; been victims of grievious and gruesome physical attacks; & such, for the love of Nylon, Panties, and Lingerie, I kid you not.

Luna, this is precisely why "Professionals", ought not to know about this aspect of our lives. The information can be used and abused in any manner of unpleasant ways. "Transvestic Fetish" indeed! I'd sure like to take a look into any number of docs' off-duty lives--that is, those who may abuse their power. This information could be used in attempts to slander and libel you; they will just get the context wrong, even if they "claim" to have good intentions, at the very least.
Cajoleling the rest of you: C'mon, you "sillies" (Said affectionately, of course.) ought to stop being titillated by wearing panties around docs, lawyers, cops, 'n' such! It just might get you into trouble.
I always wear my broadcloth boxers to visit my doc, and I hope--fingers crossed--that I'm wearing the same, in case of emergencies. You only need wear those, or scratchy inferior TW's for a few hours at most, to see doc; then you can blissfully return to your pretties. That's not too hard, is it? In addition, for routine physicals, I try and make sure that my body hair is reasonablly grown out.
my wife and you all. @ softnsilky- i can relate to your experience- my wife prefers me to look more masculine although she likes the small doses of my femininity. And I feel exactly the same way- I sometimes wish she liked me in panties more but I feel very lucky that she accepts my choice and even finds it endearing. @ breeziestroke & lunahq- i guess it depends on the type of "professional" but the idea of one's panty-wearing being given a diagnosis seems excessive especially if it doesn't effect our well-being and ability to function.
Ideally the people who know should be people who are not going to pass judgments or in a position "get the context wrong". I used to feel that there shouldn't be anything about me that i need to hide but recently i've started to feel that sometimes it's good to have our little secrets that only a special few will come to know- like wearing panties! But it's nice that there are forums like this to share this secret and work through the journey one fabric at a time.
All of my ex-girlfriends and most of my ex-roomates. Softnsilky brings up a good point about women who do not find panties attractive and actually find them to be freakish. I used to hide my undies from all new girlfriends. I am currently single and feel that I am just tired of hiding my clothes.
