This was one of my favorite topics on Pantiesformen. I am very lucky that my doctor who is a woman knows that I belong to my wife and appreciates how happy she is and how well I treat her. She understands that I wear panties because I want to wear them and feel that I should wear them to remind me of my place in our marriage.
How does everyone else here deal with the yearly physical or another appointment with a dermatoligist or chiropractor?
I usually do as my wife does. I wear satin white panties like her to appointments most of the time, though I have worn pink and even some fem print pairs in the past as well.
Well I like to shock my doctor He is very religious and does not beleive in my life style choice allthough I am a happily married Male I will make or purchase somthing really wild on the days when I know he is going to see me in my Birthday suit, He has only comented once "is this what you usually wear?" Its always to shock people, try it sometime you like it.

It all depends upon which doctor I am seeing. If it is my primary physician, I will wear men's briefs. I hate boxers. I go to the VA for my healthcare and I don't want to take any chances of losing my healthcare. If it is some other doctor or healthcare worker, I do wear panties. For instance, this last Thursday, I saw the Dietician and the lung doctor. I wore black nylon/spandex light control full briefs, as I know I wouldn't be taking my pants off. When I went for my first sleep test, it was at a VA Hospital. I wore white, if I remember the color, nylon full brief panties. When I went to bed, I wors shorts over my panties. The second sleep test was at a sleep lab and I did the same thing as I did in the hospital. Other then the doctors, I wear panties 24/7.
I don't have much of a choice as I don't own a pair of tighty whiteys but I do have plenty of unisex or male briefs that for all intents and purposes are panties. I have gotten in from the highest authority Donna that there is no difference.

Most of the time I would wear silky knickers, but on one occasion, I went not even thinking about what was to be asked or done, when I met an attractive female doctor and was waring a purple floral knickers/shorts, I had to remove my trousers and covered, so I believe my emerging excitement with the tails of my shirt front, she was stroking the bottom of my feet and checking along the length of my legs for sensations with arching one leg at a time whilst laid on the bed. This made me think as to what she thought and was never questioned by her as to what I was wearing. The practice I attend have different doctors each time that I attend, so my fetish has been limited to a few persons outside my ones that I feel should know. There are certain occasions that I feel it is prudent to be cautious so have ybriefs on the ready, but as soon as I get home, they come off and get to what I need most of all, to feel comfable.
For years ! have been wearing VF full briefs. The first times I wore plain white but now i have some great maroon ones that I wear. Being a full brief they are not really mistaken for a guys but do not scream feminine either. I was a bit nurvous the first time but now it is just my normal underwear and I think if you do not act wired you could wear anything and be OK.
I'm trying to think of the most unisex pair I have, since I do not have any male undies.

I once wore a pair of Hanes white cotton briefs to a massage session (lower back issues). I popped a hardon instantly (female massage therapist, normal looking). We handled it just fine. I didn't plan on it or anything.
I mean, part of this question seems to tie into the question of what would a women wear to a Doctor's appointment? A lace thong? I think not. She would probably stick to a more "practical panty", which all females I have dated have had in their panty drawer.
Consider it a "rag day" and wear some plain cotton briefs. Otherwise, you may be "getting off" on invoking voyeurism at a professional's place of business.

I have had many different responses to my choice in under garments. Everything from no response to being complimented on my pretty panties, have even had one nurse ask me where I bought my panties, and YES she did say panties. I even had one nurse tell me that she was wearing the exact same pair of panties that I was wearing and then showed me!!! Panties are MY choice in under garment and there is nothing illegal about it, so I am not embarrassed about what I wear. I do not advertise the fact that I wear panties, but do not try to hide it when going to see a doctor.

I still wear guy's broadcloth boxers to my doc's, and also make sure that I'm adequately hirsuite, just to be sure that I don't arouse negative suspicions.
I also still "go commando", from time to time. I guess it's still an homage to my proto-hippie days.
Up until recently, when I lost my job, I was with Blue Cross. I have been to many different doctors in the past 7 years, and have never had a bad comment made. As you will remember, I had gastric by-pass surgery in September of 2006 and had to see just about every doctor that had an IST it it's name before being able to have the surgery. Also I had plastic surgery about 4 years ago to remove all the excess skin from my drastic weight loss, and never once had a problem with anyone not liking my panties. Granted, I will usually wear a pair of my black cotton string bikini's, but just as often I will have ono a pair of nicely colored string binini panties in nylon or satin with lace. I have found that if you go in with confidence, then most people do not seem to care. They may make some remarks behind my back, but that will happen regardless of what is being worn.
I have my yearly exam today in about a 1/2 hour and am so wanting to wear my silk bikini panties but am so afraid the female doctor will say something to someone in the office because the one lady in the office is very good friends with my wife and past co workers.
