I bought myself a set of silicone breast forms. So I am a 46D, when I want to be. I love them as I can wear a bra, or stick them on and go braless .

i bought one of those stick on bra's that have the hook in the middle to try and create cleavage but it didnt really work since i dont have more than a full A cup now. the stick on was wearing out so i bought another pair of stick on enhancers that MIGHT add half a cup but i dont really fill the back side enough so when i stick both pair on (stacked) i ALMOST have a solid B...
i had some time to kill on my way to an appointment for something a while back so i bought a new soft cupless bralett type bra, popped in my double stackers and headed out. i stopped at Janet's Closet in Detroit and opened my coat to show the gal working the counter and said i need something that's fairly wide but i dont want any big projection. she got me a pair of silicone and i went to the dressing room ant tried them on. they were just too small...
i put them back in the box and told the girl in needed at least 2 sizes bigger. she got them and i repeated the process. checking for size just wearing the bralette and then with my shirt over top. the shirt was a bit loose so i think that helped to hide them some. i put them back in the box and went to see about yet another size increase. she brought me a set marked 38D, size 7 but i dont think the box was properly marked. these looked really good on me and so i purchased them and gave her a nice tip in their jar. i had visited once a few years ago and THAT sales girl was much more engaged than this one but i still felt i got good service...
i wore them out of the store, to my appointment and then the 70 miles home. when i got home, i tried on another couple of bras i had purchased one bra sized 44DDD, which really is at least 2-4" too small in the band, filled right out with them. i measured wearing the bra, holding the forms and im a 50DD. im generally a 50B if i were to wear without forms...

My breasts are a natural 'B' cup size due to a medical condition known as gynecomastia, wherein a man develops enlarged breasts. However I wear a 42C bra with a little padding, since a 42B looks unnatural under sweaters, blouses etc. I like the sexier look of the 'C' cup and have received many compliments as well as propositions in public from strangers. My wife who actually has B cup breasts has told me how sexy I look. She is constantly urging me to "flaunt it" by dancing (shaking) the "jugs" in public.
