DEFINITELY, we CAN handle it.

WAIT 15-50 years, when "Society" better understands the Phenom.

NEVER; we must respect the rights of the anti-Pantie prudes, it's bad for children, and, such a holiday, will encourage criminal behavior.

An Annual, or Bi-Annual (Maybe More??) PUBLIC Pantie/Lingerie Dress-Up Day!!

When this society, this culture of ours is ready, a great idea, would be for us to have as many as Three Pantie/Lingerie Dress-Up Days--one in late spring, the next in mid-summer, and the last in early to mid-fall.

For those of any gender, any persuasion, who is so inclined, can wear only panties or lingerie ensembles, without any outer clothing. Imagine folks having conversations, and hooking up, based on this. Could you trip, for example, on the babe in my avatar, sashaying down the street, her pettiepanties stroking her legs 'n' bum with cute li'l ripples as she strolls along? And, if the day's windy, watching the ripples dance across her contours, with her not doing much of anything!! Diaphanous nighties dancing every which way across bods.

Tennis Panties could qualify. Nylon Running Shorts could qualify. Speedos could qualify. And, yes, though I may get some "static" from some of you, TW's could qualify--I'll elaborate--they must be soft, billowy, sheer, fuzzie-looking, and, as a bonus, if they're extremely well-seasoned, have a bit of a sheen about them. Broadcloth Boxers would not qualify--if someone wants to wear those, put on some outer clothes, dammit(Laughs!!)!!

I think that my Custom Creations, could be intriguing conversation pieces. As a matter of fact, what we'd wear would be conversational centerpiecies, quite an icebreaker, as the barriers fall, and folks lose their bashfulness.

I think to start out with, the respective age groups ought to be segregated, restricted to certain zones, to protect children. There would have to be some sort of chaperoning/security system, to allow kids the freedom to sport their undies, without black-hearted pervs going after them. Also, to start out with, kids would have to have at least undergone puberty--no pre-teens, nor tots. The burden for those extremely young groups would be too great.

How . . . though . . . would the hidebound prudes, in our society, handle all of this?? I think, folks would have to be very self-vigilant about expressions of playing about, in public. There again, there would have to be some sort of chaperoning/security, at specific play sites. The chaperones would protect our players from black-hearted interlopers and chase off shiftless skunk lookie-loo voyeurs. Chaperones would have to volunteer to be fully clothed, however, in order to credibly and practically perform their duties. These special play sites would have to be selected to ensure a great measure of privacy

I have to respectfully disagree with your quest for a public display of panty/lingerie wearing. Some if not most of us have children and some young ones at that. Just as I would not want my impressionable young child seeing a woman dressed like a hooker or wearing an almost nothing bikini on the beach leaving zero to the imagination I would not want him to see anyone including myself in inappropriate attire. We all strive for acceptance but in my book acceptance is being part of the norm and advertising publicly your choice in underwear is unacceptable.
Same goes for the gay community, they constantly want or demand that society accept them as "normal" no argument here what two consenting adults do in the privacy of their own home etc. is their business but we live in a free society where are allowed the choice weather to accept someone or not. If I choose not to like you for any reason be it your gay, straight, your color your religion, you ethnic back round what ever thats my choice. Conversely I should not be allowed to discriminate against you for being a member of any or all of the a fore mentioned groups. You can't make it a low that you have to like someone nor can you make it a law to accept that we wear panties, and by openly advertising such you run the risk of offending people and thats not why we or at least I wear panties. I do it for myself and myself alone. If by chance i was the only person on the planet who decided to wear ladies panties and lingerie etc. I would still do it I am not trying to make any kind of political statement.

PantySlave, you're right, mea culpa. I was in the mode, of, "Eve, in the Garden of Eden, before that serpent urged her to share that apple with Adam."

But, in that light, wouldn't it be wonderful, if certain evil adults, did leave our children alone, and had the sense and better morals, to hook up with someone more their own age? And more people than now, weren't offended by the human body, and the cross-purposed double-dealings of the heart, when not not every display of the body comes with appropriateness and "well-intentioned" honesty and goodwill? And for not anyone to turn into a ravening, savage beast, their malevolent and violent intent unleashed, when he sees a nearly naked body, and those garments that act as ornaments (Panties & Lingerie), to the naked body? Finally yes, people do need that special knowledge, experience, highly individualized, and, extremely personal and private time that means so much, only when it's private, and no one else knows--with covetuesness, calumny, and jealousy, in the hearts of those who found out. Part of me still hearkens back to my hippie days, and I must now resolve to be ever stronger, to know what's what, and that Eve did share the poison apple with Adam.

Yet, I'm sure that some interest in the topic may remain . . .
