I too was a member of He Wears Panties as well as The Sexy Clothes Forum. I also presently belong to two other cross dressing sites, in addition to this one. Those two other sites are mostly dedicated to outerwear and beauty tips for those guys who want to not only 'dress' but also want to 'pass'. Nothing wrong with that, however this site is the only one that I've found that caters exclusively to us panty lovers. We are the world's foremost connoisseurs of exquisite lingerie, and this is where we live.

I'm unfashionably late to the party, but I too was a member of HWP. Too bad that Hope wasn't able to recover the forum. I've joined and left a few other crossdressing sites but none really felt like home the way that HWP did.

It's been a long time since that site disappeared, but I never deleted the bookmark from my computer browser, and it appears that it might be making a comeback:
