Since I can't seem to get the "attach poll" thing to work, meaning click on choice a, choice b, or choice c, I'll keep it informal by just asking all of you for your opinions on the subject of lace on either undergarments or outerwear.
I'll start by saying that I like soft or 'limp' lace trim on the leg openings of my panties as opposed to stiff or 'scratchy' lace. So much fun teasing my legs and butt cheeks with the lace trim as I pull up my panties. I also like a little lace trim on my bras or cami tops to tickle my chest with.
As to letting any of it show, I'll maybe leave the top button on my shirt or blouse unbuttoned to show just a hint of lace on my bra or cami-top. Ditto for panty lace if I'm wearing Daisy Dukes or mini-skirts.

I have some Vanity Fair camisoles with lace, and if I'm feeling "brave", I will go out to public places with a small amount of the lace showing---haven't had anyone whistle at me, or say "hey, faggot", though I realize my experience could vary with the places I might go!

A bit of delicate lace is always appreciated. With that said, I did once have a pair of quite snug fitting lace panties that had an open mesh. I wore them on a hike under a drab pair of jeans. Without wishing to be too graphic, my huevos bit not enjoy the resulting cheese grater effect. A painful lesson learned.
I’ve always wanted to try a big lace granny panty. Had a chance once time when buying panties at a thrift shop but decided on a pair of silk French knickers instead. I do have a pair of lace animal panties which feel nice but they’re a brief not a granny panty. Or maybe more bikini style anyway, I did have a small pair of blue lace hip huggers, obi think the style is called. They would crawl up my crack and be a rather annoyance as they were not comfortable and a bit scratchy. Also it didn’t help that they were too small.
A big thing I don’t like about lace is that sometimes it’s to easy to rip. From either rough nails or dragged across something, there is a chase that it will rip. Happened to me with a pair of yellow panties with a big lace pastel on the front. The big bad thing about them is that they weren’t mine, and I put them back. No they weren’t anyone related to me and the lady was kinda weird with her underwear.
Really the only lace I like on panties is a snappable lace waist and leg bands. Panties that are nice and billowy in the body but the leg and waist band are tight and snappable. It just amplifies the feeling of my nether region being trapped in a silky prison unable to do anything but drown in a see of silky fabric that tosses with wave of silken pleasure until it fully submits to the insides.
