Now that spring is finally here, I'm looking forward to wearing mini skirts or those skimpy little shorts with the HUGE leg openings. These things are so much fun to wear when I have such pretty panties underneath. The least gust of wind brings instant joy to all within viewing distance. While some may plant pretty flowers in their yards, windy day skirt lifting will be my contribution to my city's "Neighborhood Beautification Campaign". Just looking at my prettiest panties makes me want to "Step into the skirt and go out and flirt". After all, why would the panty manufacturers make them so pretty if they were meant to be hidden?

While I don't wear mini skirts out, I do wear women's shorts. They are more unsex in style, but of course, much shorter in length than men's and are also in a much lighter fabric. Maybe this year I'll get a pair or two that are a tad bit more feminine, so how that goes!
Ugh, yes, who decided that mens shorts should all fall at or below the knee these days? And aside from compression shorts, why are they so baggy? Womens shorts are nicer in every way (except the lack of pockets).
