I wear panties underneath my guy clothes the 2 days I go into the office to work. The other 3 days I work from home wearing panties underneath dresses. My laptop's camera is covered by a cut out sticky note to ensure no accidents happen in online meetings.

Sadly I just wear my regular male briefs. I’ve tried wearing panties out before but felt nothing from it. I wore them one time in a store and when no one was around I loosed my sweat pants and felt my nylon pink panties a bit. Another time I wore a pair to a meeting and riding my bike. I found I don’t really get excited from wearing panties out. To me they feel just like my briefs when I wear them out. I wear panties to get excited sexually but I’m going to the dentist today so I’m going to try wearing a pair underneath my briefs.

I used too, now I work from home so I spend the day in several panties, Shadowline lounge pants, with matching gown and coat. Here are the links.
It's a lot of luxurious nylon and quite distracting at times. I recommend it in all matching pink, but be warned, accidents and blood loss to brain #2 can cause light-headed problems. Lololol

You are correct in that when you wear them all the time it doesn't become arousing anymore. They just become your everyday underwear like you're used to. There ends up being a different kind of excitement though when you wear panties all the time.
