As we walked back in later that afternoon, I had noticed I had a bit of slip showing along my left leg but I didn’t care. I wasn’t as concerned as most of the other girls, and we all just came in, plopped down in our seats and crossed our legs or ankles as was our custom.I’ve always crossed my left leg over my right and sure enough, good ol’ Dr Benning called me out.He asked me to come up to his desk and he grabbed my slip estimating with his fingers, that there was close to 2 inches showing below my skirt.He made a deal about it in front of the rest of the girls and then sent me out to adjust everything.When I returned, he asked to inspect my appearance and proceeded to run his hands all the way around the bottom of my skirt.He reminded all of us that while slips were not required wear, if we were going to wear them, they were not to be seen.
After our tutoring, Elisa and I stayed back to ask why there was such a big deal over seeing our slips.Being the rebel of our group, I slid my skirt up so just about all 4 inches of lace trim on my slip was showing.Dr Benning got red in the face and reached out to grab my skirt to pull it down but instead got a hand full of satin and lace.Elisa noticed and turned around, hiking her skirt up in back, way higher than the 4 inches I had, showing the 8” slit in her slip.Dr Benning reached out, with no intention of grabbing her skirt and instead went right for the slip.He held with both hands and said, “This behavior will have to stop”.He regained his composure but certainly looked uncomfortable as he let go and we straightened our clothing.As we were walking out, he asked us if we would be back for more tutoring tomorrow.We looked him in the eye and asked “as long as you’ll let us come”.
Elisa and I discussed this behavior with the other girls.Sharon was a bit taken back and Elaine had her interest piqued.We decided to test our theory that Dr Benning had a fetish for slips.While I preferred white slips my mom had insisted that I also have a black slip as well.The black slip was full length.Elaine too, had a black slip and Elisa had a light pink slip.Sharon wanted nothing to do with our experiment but said she would support us all.
