My opinion I love both. When I was still in school I did enjoy panty peeks, when the panties peek over the pants when a girl bends over or sits down. It’s was rare from my teachers but a wonderful sit when it happened. I remember in 8th grade a girl used to sit next to me in math class and her panties always peeked over he pants. i suck at math by the way, this is probably why. I remember back then I had almost seen every girls underwear in my grade through a panty peek except for one girl that always wore a skirt and they were loose twirling skirts the kind that you have to smooth under you when sit. Those skirts stay where they are on the body so the panties can’t peek out.
panty flashes also count as panty peeks.

If I had a harem they would only wear big purple nylon granny panties with lace waistbands and frilly leg bands. Okay maybe some floral prints, animals prints, and polka dots but it still would be purple.
Funny thing about panty peeks or up-skirting: Although I see less of a woman's skin when up-skirting than I would if I saw the same woman bikini-clad at the beach, my arousal is much stronger when up-skirting than when bikini-watching. So I think it all comes down to the 'forbidden fruit' aspect of it, that is to say that if a woman is bikini-clad at a beach, then she considers it OK for people to see the amount of skin she shows, whereas if she's wearing a skirt maybe that means she expects her panties or booty to be hidden. Just my 2 cents worth.

in high school, we had a teacher (from school) sub in my history class. she wasnt a beauty queen by any stretch of the imagination but she was slim and thinking back NOW, id play with her (in her 1982 version).
she legitimately dropped something and walked around the desk to pick it up. she always wore dresses or skirt that are about knee length. just the fashion of the day. nothing 'super sexy' about her block heel pumps of 2" or so but of course that was back in the day of pantyhose for all.
she squatted down and when she did, her skirt billowed well above her knees. im not sure why but she ended up spreading her knees and flashing us in the first row of seats. beautiful pecan brown pantyhose, some light colored panties underneath and (even if they werent 4" stilettos) heels! oh im certain i popped an erect clitty on that view. it didnt last but a second or three but i remember it like it was yesterday.
now for myself, i like when i have panty lines but that usually doesnt happen. i think you have to have some really tight (i.e. too small) panties on for that. i also like my panties to ride up just a little bit above the crease between my fanny and my thighs, so i show a little bit of cheek
