I would go dress shopping and find a dress for every day I had left. I would find one day to go to the Grand America Hotel to have afternoon tea and invite any friends that wanted to come and see my for the last time. I, of course, would be wearing one of the nicest dresses I bought to afternoon tea, while not even making an attempt to pass in public.
My final act would be to buy as many panties as I could on Amazon and have them sent directly to various homeless shelters and hospitals. I would hope, after death, I could see the looks on people's faces when they saw the shear amount of panties that were being donated.
(Side note. New underwear is the least donated item to homeless shelters. At hospitals, victims of sexual assault can get their clothing taken away as evidence, sometimes only being left with hospital garb when they leave. Having panties donated to these places is actually greatly appreciated.)
