I would do anything for the gift of panties!
Nowadays, "Cee-Ess-Arr", the answer is very simple, perhaps not laden with the melodrama that you may be looking for(Laughs!!). I simply use eBay, or, got to any number of Online Mercantile Establishments, and get 'em that way! Delivered straight to my doorstep, without worrying about traffic and parking, and other kinds of fol-de-rol. Yet, sometimes, while I'm on foot, I will go into a Thrift Shop, or if a physical retail outlet/store is on my route for the day, though not often.
I usually just buy them, but if they were a reward from someone special, esp. as a form of approval that would be whole another story and could get quite risque.
