What if Sigmund Freud were a member of PFM? It would be nice to have someone to talk to that would not be judgemental but would listen to what is on my mind. He could easily write abook about PFM's members. Several volumes to be sure. Any thoughts on the subject?

Ya know, Puss; back in ol' Doc Sigi's day, the ancestral panties were called bloomers and-or pantalettes. I wonder if Sigi himself, ever had fun in those?? They may have had some knit natural fabrics, but more likely, they were very fine-woven natural fabrics, such as Cottons, Flaxes, Muslins, Linens, and Silks, perhaps even blends of those. Weaves don't have the flex and stretch as do knits, but they can yet still be serviceable, if they're done just right.
Sigi was middle-aged, a little more than 100 years ago, when the first man-made Rayon and Acetate Tricots came out, however primitive those may have been. I don't think that they were perfected for lingerie, 'til the Roaring Twenties, and it would be another 15 or so years, before Nylon and its "poor" cousin, Polyester, came out in Tricot form. I'd looovvvve to get my hands on--and enclose Winkie within--late '30's stuff; wouldn't you???
I took a psychology class in college. Don't get me wrong, Freud was influential for psychology as we know today. He was obsessed with sex though and that influenced a lot of his theories.
