First of all, with my panties, I like to custom-craft Full Briefs, using the Two Back Panels, and joining those together, so that I get the same play room for Winkie that Bumsie has. The effect is that there's far, more dynamic whipsaw of fabric around my tummie, upper thighs, and through the groin, as they "talk" to Winkie. The principal effect(s) desired/ comes/cums as I move about, or get "assaulted", by the breezes or gales. Just by walking about, causes the fabric to tug and brush sideways/up-down, through and across my tummie; the gussie/groin pass-through; my upper thighs; and, my buns. Windage generates proactive ripples and vibrations that pushes the softness very hard against my erogenous spots. Loose enough to start out with, and consequentially, the fabric gets more of a sweeter and tighter hug as Winkie turns into a Fujiyama or Shasta underneath. Winkie even manages to pull it more snug about Bumsie, then, too.
I take that to the next quantum level, taking select long primo nighties, and making long-legged onesies, to extend the effect throughout my entire trunk and down to my ankles. The center front, and center back will have acceptable snug clear continuous panes of fabric, but, it's okay if the sides are a little more billowy. In addition, the slightest movement or breeze will trigger the whole garment to brush and stroke me everywhere else! Ya just gotta love that!!

I like tight panties. But not in a uncomfortable way. Just tight enough to hold my package well and to stop it growing in a case. Since I don't have a big package but little bigger than average butt, when I select a tight enough panty to my front they get tight at my back. So If I wear a tight pant, my panty line is clearly visible and my but cheeks bulge as I walk. Actually I found it's visible recently at office.
