I always sit, it keeps the toilet cleaner, longer, same for the Panties themselves, and I also love to see my Panties while peeing.
Once my job is finished, and it's time to pull them back up, I can make sure they are positioned just right over my parts, and admire myself in my Panties for a second or three.

Definitely sit if I have the extra time. Will stand over a regular potty or use a urinal only in case of 'emergency'.
As I see it the advantages far out weigh the disadvantages (of sitting).
Advantages of sitting:
#1 cleaner toilet rim. When standing, splash on rim is governed by several factors, namely difference in height between toilet water (not toilet rim) and peeing guys 'faucet'. Another factor is of course force behind the stream.
#2 Quieter
#3 User cannot be accused of leaving the seat up.

I always sit while having a wee, I l have to push my **** down inside the toilet. I like to feel the nice soft gusset and take a while to admire the lace trimming around the waist and legs.
I have a mirror on the shelf pointed exactly where I need it where I can admire myself as I slowly pull up my knickers and arrange my **** position. Then I turn around and view my gusset and lace from behind.
I love a nice wide thick gusset, especially one which shows through my trousers when I walk.
