I’ve read how when people put on panties for the first time they had this “electric” feeling. I have always wanted to experience that feeling. I never did because when I started with panties my grandmothers panties at the time were so big the would just drop to the ground. That "electric" feeling lasted for a while until the novelty of wearing them wore off. That's not to say I stopped enjoying wearing them I just got used to the feeling. That's all.
