This is a comment on a post on a porn site. It was about vanity fair panties and something but this is a reply someone wrote recently and I was wondering if anyone could verify. or give an opinion 

 

 

As a VF conneisseur I can tell you that Vanity Fair 1995 and before is far superior in quality to anything after that. The material was a better quality. They also stopped making their best feeling panty (15003 and 13044 Diaphanique) in 1995 as well. Although it's pricey, there are some nice vintage VF on ebay but you have to be careful as not everyone is accurate with dating the panties. (BTW- I had 160 VF panties in my collection.)

If I had a harem they would only wear big purple nylon granny panties with lace waistbands and frilly leg bands. Okay maybe some floral prints, animals prints, and polka dots but it still would be purple.

I agree, materials were way better. Slightly heavier nylon that was much more silky-smooth. Matching crotch colors on some and I remember wider, longer crotch panels.
Kind if like Sears, JCP, and Loraine.
Carole brand still has wider crotch.
Widest crotch and while very plain still best unisex panty. Bali Free Form panties
I ware them all the time and if you like exotic colors just put them in the wash hit with a new purple or red piece of clothing.

I like the Mocha color best, and while I wear a size 8 for daily underdressing for play time I enjoy size 10 and 11 and if your like me, try 3 of 4 pairs at once. Super slippery silky against one another. I usually have sissy wet panties a few minutes later. Lol. Don't knock it till you try it

In summer, my favorite fabric is very light and thin such as this pair.

I was dressing to go sell at the farmers' market. My wife noticed as I was getting started and suggested I go like this. Unfortunately the market rules call for "appropriate attire" and I don't think the market master would rule this as "appropriate".

To answer the original question, Vanity Fair Panties before 1995 were great, I snuck around and wore some my mother had, when she was away for several days and no chance of her catching me. smile

She regarded her Ravissant and Lace Nouveau as "Luxury Panties", something to save for special occasions, not everyday wear.
